Exciting new family class starts

Up and Active and Burnley FC in the community have joined forces to offer a 10 week healthy lifestyle programme for families with children aged 7 - 11.
The course is called CHAMP - Confident, Healthy, Active, Motivated, Positive and aims to help people learn about how to live a healthy lifestyles, make new friends and have fun while trying different sports.
Each week, there will be 45 minutes learning about different healthy lifestyle topics and 45 minutes building your confidence through trying different sports in a fun and safe environment. All session are aimed at families and there'll be lots of fun activities for the children to enjoy.
