Drop-In Sessions

We love helping people to achieve and maintain their weight loss goals, and our drop-in sessions are ideal if you are looking for ongoing support and advice in a friendly environment.

Typical sessions include a weigh-in, 45 minutes of information and advice, and 45 minutes of physical activity tailored to your needs.

There are different topics each week.
