Kathleen, from Hyndburn, joined Up and Active’s physical activity programme. Her experience of the service was excellent. “Up and Active has been an amazing way to try a gym. Something I would not have done without it. I would recommend anyone to try it. I have discovered I really enjoy it. Nice environment & friendly staff.”
