Linda from Hyndburn would recommend Up and Active to friends or family. “I can only praise the staff, who always found time to help and advise me on the best use of the equipment. I’ve lost inches and approximately half a stone. I’m very happy with my progress and hope to continue with what the team have helped me achieve. I’ve made new friends on this journey too. We are still staying in contact.
