Robin has Vascular Parkinsons and Dementia. He joined the Feelgood Facory when it started offering mixed sessions and he has been attending regularly ever since.
Robin and his wife have found that using the Feelgood Factory has helped keep Robin mobile and flexible, and helps to prevent his muscles wasting. It is also a good social environment and Robin has made many friends.
Robin's wife Sandra has said that with the help and care of Barbara and her team at the Feelgood Factory, Robin has benefitted greatly from the controlled exercise and also meeting good friends in a pleasant and cheerful atmosphere.
Sandra would recommend the Feelgood Factory to anyone who needs to keep active and toned with people who care.
