Thorn Primary School win County Award

Thorn Primary School is celebrating after winning Lancashire Sport’s ‘Primary School of the Year’ award for 2016. The Lancashire Sports Awards have been developed in partnership with each of Lancashire's local authorities in order to celebrate sporting achievement and showcase best practice throughout the County.
Thorn Primary School’s hard work all year has been rightly recognised. This included working with Up and Active to provide a free schools programme encouraging children and their families to lead healthy active lives. For more information about our Schools Programme, please click here.
