Tai chi is a traditional Chinese martial art that combines the elements of good posture, controlled, relaxed movements and focussed breathing to strengthen the body, improve general health and provide a sense of well-being.

Attending a weekly tai chi for health session helps to strengthen joints and tendons, improve balance and co-ordination, increase the internal strength of the body and provide a focussed way of dealing with stress.

Loose comfortable clothing and clean, flat shoes are all you need.
